Eliminate ineffective habits. Get into the habit of being busy and productive. Set yourself a daily goal and a to- do list and review it at the end of the day and plan for the next dayChange comes from the things that we pay attention to.Start tracking your daily thoughts: Are you aware that your attitude is negative and that you are using excuses all the time.
