The best sales people can sell anything to anybody. Can you? Are you aware of what all your customers and contacts are doing, and the big news and events in their industries? Are you ever caught out by questions or answers? You can reduce the risk of this by being able to anticipate responses, so that you are never taken by surprise. This helps to ensure that you don't waste time on the wrong sort of customer.
